Refund Policy

Important Summary
We offer a 3-day grace period on all new services. Refunds are credited to your account balance, which can be used to purchase any other product or service on our platform.
1. 3-Day Grace Period
All new service purchases are covered by our 3-day grace period:
- The grace period begins at the moment of service activation
- You may request a refund at any time within the first 3 calendar days
- To request a refund, open a support ticket specifying the service and reason
- Refund requests are processed within 24-48 business hours
2. How Refunds Work
Our refund system is designed to be fair to both parties:
- Approved refunds are credited to your account balance on our platform
- Refunds are NOT returned to the original payment method (PayPal, Stripe, Binance, or bank)
- Account balance credits can be used immediately to purchase any product or service
- Account balance credits do not expire
- Account balance credits are non-transferable between accounts
- Account balance credits cannot be converted to cash or withdrawn
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made after the 3-day grace period has expired
- Services terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
- Services terminated due to illegal activity
- Recurring billing charges after the initial grace period
- Setup fees, domain registrations, or third-party license costs
- Services where excessive resources were consumed (cryptocurrency mining, DDoS tools, etc.)
- Accounts suspended for payment fraud or chargeback abuse
4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Warning: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider (PayPal, Stripe, bank, etc.) without first attempting to resolve the issue through our support ticket system will result in:
- Immediate and permanent suspension of your account
- Termination of all active services without data backup
- Loss of any account balance credits
- A permanent ban from our platform
We strongly encourage you to contact our support team before initiating any payment dispute. Our team is committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Unauthorized chargebacks increase costs for all customers and undermine the trust-based system that allows us to offer competitive pricing.
5. Service Upgrades and Downgrades
When upgrading or downgrading your service plan, the price difference is automatically calculated. Upgrades are charged immediately, and downgrades result in a prorated credit to your account balance for the remaining billing period. No cash refunds are issued for downgrades.
6. Service Cancellation
You may cancel your service at any time from your dashboard:
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not generate a refund for the current period
- Your service remains active until the end of the current paid billing period
- All data is permanently deleted 7 days after service expiration
- Download any data you wish to keep before the service expires
