Can I deploy from GitHub?
Yes. Set your repository and branch in the startup variables and the bot is cloned when it installs; private repositories work with a username and access token. With auto update on, it pulls the latest commit on every start.
How are dependencies installed?
On every start. Node.js runs npm install when there is a package.json and adds any extra packages you list; Python installs everything in your requirements file.
What happens if my bot crashes?
It is restarted automatically, and the console keeps the output so you can see why it stopped.
Can I upgrade mid-month?
Yes. You pay only the difference for the days left in your period, and the upgrade applies immediately when the node has the memory.
What happens if I miss a renewal?
You get reminders first. Seven days after the due date the server is suspended; seven days later it is deleted. Paying reactivates a suspended server within minutes.
Do you offer refunds?
Server time that has already been provided is not refundable. If we fail to deliver what you paid for, we credit or refund it. The full policy is on the refund page.
